What we collect
FAI Atlas stores the account, studio, artwork, collector, invoice, offer, commission, task, and related records needed to operate the service. Application data is stored in PostgreSQL database infrastructure, including Neon where configured. Artwork images and related files may be stored through Vercel Blob.
How we use it
We use this data to provide secure studio access, collector-facing presentation, inquiry delivery, invoice delivery, hosted payments, and support. Product analytics may be used to understand feature usage, diagnose issues, and improve FAI Atlas. FAI Atlas does not store raw card data.
Third-party services
Clerk handles authentication sessions, Stripe handles hosted checkout, Resend handles transactional email delivery, PostHog may handle product analytics, Neon may host PostgreSQL database records, and Vercel Blob may host uploaded files. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when those services are used.
Cookies and sessions
FAI Atlas uses session and authentication cookies where needed for sign-in, protected routes, and secure product operation. Analytics, when enabled, is used for product understanding and reliability rather than as the source of truth for invoices, payments, or internal activity history.
