Reporting material
FAI Atlas hosts artwork images, documents, and other material supplied by users. If you believe material available through FAI Atlas infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written report to support@faiatlas.com.
What to include
Include enough information for us to identify the copyrighted work and locate the material at issue, including the exact FAI Atlas URL when available. Include your name, contact information, and a physical or electronic signature.
State that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. Also state that the information in your report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
What happens next
We may ask for additional information needed to identify the material or authority behind a report. Where appropriate, FAI Atlas may remove or disable access to reported material while the matter is reviewed and may notify the affected account holder.
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, contact the same address and identify the affected material so we can provide the appropriate next steps.
