Use of the service
FAI Atlas is software for artists and studios managing artworks, collectors, offers, invoices, commissions, tasks, and collector-facing presentation.
Accounts and access
Protected internal areas require a valid artist account and workspace membership. Public collector routes are limited to secure access links intended for payment or private review.
Payments and billing
Collector invoice payments are handled through Stripe-hosted flows where available. FAI Atlas does not store raw card details. Payment records and invoice state appear inside the product when available.
Availability
We aim to operate the service reliably, but FAI Atlas is not presented as an enterprise compliance or uptime-guaranteed platform unless those commitments are stated separately.
