Use of the service

FAI Atlas supports Artists, Curators, and organizers in managing artworks, public presentation, opportunities and Open Calls, applications and submissions, review and workflow records, collectors, inquiries, offers, invoices, commissions, tasks, and supported payment workflows.

Accounts and access

Protected areas require a valid FAI Atlas account and appropriate workspace membership and permissions. Public surfaces include Artist and artwork pages and Open Calls, with secure or token-based access used for private review, communication, and payment pages where applicable.

Content and permissions

You remain responsible for artwork images, documents, text, and other material you add to FAI Atlas. Upload or publish material only when you own the necessary rights or have permission to use it.

FAI Atlas does not claim ownership of your content. To provide the service, FAI Atlas and the infrastructure providers it uses process, host, reproduce, and display material according to the features and visibility settings you choose.

Payments and billing

Supported payments may include invoice payments and Open Call application fees. Stripe handles hosted payment collection and connected payment-account functionality. FAI Atlas records relevant payment and status information and does not store raw card details.

FAI Atlas is currently free during beta and new paid subscription enrollment is not enabled. If a recurring paid subscription is introduced, its renewal, pricing, trial, and cancellation terms will be presented before enrollment.

Copyright concerns about material available through FAI Atlas can be reported through the copyright reporting page.

Availability

We aim to operate the service reliably, but FAI Atlas is not presented as an enterprise compliance or uptime-guaranteed platform unless those commitments are stated separately.
